Winter Retreat‘22 is proof that the Atolye15 Team is capable of having fun anytime and everywhere no matter how harsh the weather conditions may be! If we put our minds to bringing the heat, even heavy snow can’t get in the way. And that’s exactly what we did!
Since our team works remotely, we frequently find ourselves craving contact with each other. But this time, we couldn’t wait for summer to come for a much-needed retreat that would bring us all together. So instead, we headed out to the picture-perfect winter wonderland, Abant. We cozied up around the fire drinking mulled wine, got into a fierce snowball fight, went sledding surrounded by snow that was even taller than us, went on relaxing walks by a frozen lake, and set the dance floor on fire at night.
Winter Retreat’22 was surely a much different experience than those Summer Retreats we’re known for. Because we love organizing diverse events and adventures that resonate with all the different characters of our team. But if there’s one thing we can all agree on, it’s the fact that our Winter Retreat Kit was the best! Our special winter hat, impeccably designed coffee mug and classy hip flask were the ultimate winter essentials we all needed.
