Etventure (now part of EY Studio+), a Germany-based consulting firm, specializes in guiding enterprise-level companies through digital transformation. After being acquired by Ernst & Young (EY), their influence in business innovation grew even stronger, earning them Germany’s prestigious Top Consultant award.

To bring their strategies to life, EY Etventure needed a product development partner who could turn their business ideas into functional digital solutions for their clients. Some projects required the speed and agility of MVP development, while others demanded the expertise of long-term partnerships for fully scalable platforms. They needed a team they could rely on for both, and that’s where we came in.

Over the course of our eight-year partnership, we collaborated on more than 15 digital transformation projects across Europe, particularly in Germany. This included 13 MVPs, as well as four large-scale projects that lasted for years.

By handling the entire product development process, we gave EY Etventure the freedom to focus on strategy, knowing that execution was in the right hands. They never had to worry about hiring or managing a development team, we became their dedicated development team.

With a structured process, we optimized both time and costs, preventing delays and inefficiencies. But our role went beyond development. In an attempt to reinvent the way Benz lovers discover their ideal models, we collaborated with EY Etventure to help Mercedes-Benz design and develop StarMatch. With its Tinder-like Ul design, this web application matches the right car with the right buyer on the right terms.

Wüstenrot, Germany

Digital transformation for Germany’s top insurance group

In just 100 days, we built a platform that helps users plan their retirement with personalized recommendations and a comprehensive financial overview, engaging a much younger, tech-savvy audience.

Repairfix (BASF), Germany

In 100 days, we built a platform enabling users to connect with service providers by uploading photos of vehicle damage. This MVP laid the foundation of a platform now revolutionizing Germany’s automotive aftermarket.

Knauf, Germany

Knauf’s smart system finder for tailored construction solutions

We collaborated with Knauf, a global leader in construction materials, to create the Knauf System Finder, a web-based tool that filters materials by criteria like fire resistance, soundproofing, and wall thickness.
