Atolye15 Next Talent is a two-month development program designed to give junior and mid-level software developers a real-world experience inside a pro product development team. Selected participants join Atolye15 remotely to work on an actual project from start to finish, collaborating closely with experienced developers. The program is all about learning by doing, from sprint planning and daily meetings to retrospectives and demos, and understanding how real products are built in a high-quality development environment.
The journey begins with a multi-step selection process, including an application form, a video interview, and an online gathering where candidates learn more about Atolye15 and showcase their skills through a short project. Those selected move on to the project phase, working remotely with the Atolye15 team for two months. Midway through the program, participants are invited to the İzmir HQ for a short on-site experience as well.
