Takeaways from Our GITEX Europe 2025 Experience in Berlin

Crowd gathered at the main stage of GITEX Europe 2025 in Berlin with digital displays and event lighting.

After three packed days in Berlin, we’re heading home from GITEX Europe 2025 feeling inspired and ready to dive into what’s next, with plenty new relations to be excited about.

Being part of GITEX’s first-ever European edition was something we couldn’t miss, and we’re so glad we didn’t! From the energy on the exhibition floor to the incredible range of people we met, it’s been a rewarding experience from start to finish. It gave us a great opportunity to represent the work we do at Atolye15, and to get a real feel for the direction things are heading in product development, software innovation, and beyond.

Throughout the event, we had the chance to meet industry leaders, founders, startups, and investors from all over the world, as well as catch up with some of our long-term clients in Germany. As a team with deep roots in the region and an office in Berlin, it felt great to be back on the ground, tuning into the pulse of the German tech ecosystem and the ideas shaping its future.

But what made this GITEX extra special for us was the fact that it marked the official public debut of our Booster Sprints, our newest service model designed for fast, focused problem-solving.

Booster Sprints are short, high-impact engagements that help product teams get past whatever’s blocking their growth. Whether it’s technical debt, a must-have feature that keeps getting postponed, architecture that needs a rethink, or performance issues dragging the whole process down, our team steps in, fixes the problem, and gets out.

Each sprint lasts between 2 and 4 weeks, with a sharp focus on solving specific challenges fast, without the need for a long-term commitment or months of onboarding.

While the name “Booster Sprints” is new, the work itself actually isn’t. This is what we’ve been doing for the past 15 years in our long-term collaborations, jumping into complex products, untangling legacy code, solving tough technical problems, and helping teams move faster.

With Booster Sprints, we’re packaging our expertise into a standalone service that’s open to everyone, not just our existing clients. Whether you're planning or scaling an MVP, stabilizing a full-fledged product, or just need a fresh set of eyes on a tricky issue, Booster Sprints are our way of making high-level product help more accessible and immediate.

In short, we designed Booster Sprints for teams that don’t need a long-term development partner, but do need an experienced team to step in and fix what’s slowing them down in just a few weeks. At GITEX, it was exciting to see how quickly the idea clicked with people, and how many left our stand already planning their first sprint with us.

If you're curious about what kind of Booster Sprints we offer, from UI/UX design and development to project management, testing, DevOps, security and beyond, you can explore the full range of sprint types here.

Another service that drew a lot of attention during the event was none other than our Product Development Partnership model. This service is designed for strategic business developers: consultants, agencies, VCs, and the like, who work directly with clients but don’t have in-house technical teams to bring those projects to life. With Atolye15 as the dedicated software development team, we handle the full execution of digital products, from planning and design to development and delivery, so our partners can stay focused on strategy.

It’s a model that’s already successfully proven itself in long-term partnerships like our 8-year journey with EY Etventure. And at GITEX, it clearly resonated with new potential partners from Germany. We’ve already started setting up meetings with several teams we connected with at the event, and we’re looking forward to turning these initial talks into real partnerships in the near future.

All in all, GITEX Europe 2025 was everything we hoped it would be and more. We’ll be keeping the conversations going in the days and weeks to come. But for now, we just want to say thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, shared their stories, and made this first GITEX Europe so memorable. Until next time!
