Atolye15 Next Talent: A Path Full of Possibilities for Developers

In the software world, discovering talent is important. But for us, helping that talent grow in the right way has always been just as much of a priority. At Atolye15, we’re not just looking for developers who can write good code; we want to work with people who thrive in a team, are eager to learn, and aim to improve every single day. That’s exactly the motivation behind launching our two-month-long development program, Atolye15 Next Talent.

The whole Atolye15 Next Talent event is designed to meet junior and mid-level developers, build together, and support their growth. This isn’t an internship or a trial period. It’s a real opportunity to work on an actual project, feel like part of the team, and contribute while learning along the way.

The process begins when you apply to the program. Our HR team is the first to connect with candidates who have experience or interest in technologies we actively use at Atolye15, like Node.js, React, and GraphQL. In these initial conversations, we focus not only on your technical background but also on how well you might fit into Atolye15’s dynamic, collaborative, and creative culture.

Candidates who we believe are a cultural fit are invited to a more in-depth meeting with our technical team. In this session, we introduce the project you'll be working on during the Atolye15 Next Talent program and ask you to complete a case. This case helps us understand your problem-solving skills, your approach to software architecture, and your coding style, all of which are key for moving forward.

The top three candidates who stand out both culturally and technically are selected to join the program and begin an intensive two-month development journey. Each participant is paired with an experienced mentor and gets the chance to work on a real project as part of a real team.

Designing this program from the ground up, shaping every detail, meeting the right people, and making the right matches, has been a valuable learning experience for us, too. As the HR team, being actively involved not just in hiring but also in talent development is a big source of motivation for us.

While the first round of Atolye15 Next Talent has been successfully completed, what stayed with us are the stories, challenges, and milestones that shaped those two months. We didn’t just watch growth happen from the sidelines; we experienced it alongside each participant.

That’s why we wanted to capture the essence of this journey not with stats or summaries, but through the voices of those who lived it, in a short interview. Because these moments are part of a story we couldn’t tell alone.
